Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final unless items are missing or damaged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the issue along with your order number in the message you send to us. You must send this message within 14 business days of your order delivery date. We will be happy to send you a replacement for damaged or missing items.
Refunds
In cases where a replacement product can't be sent to you, we will offer you a refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
